In this episode we welcomeGeorge Lutz. George is the founder and director of Honor and Remember, an organization that honors military members who have died in service to the United States. Honor and Remember helps families as they greive and cope with the loss of their loved ones.
Each year Honor and Remember puts on runs in different states across the US where names of military members who have died in service are called out a intervals. We talk about the Virginia iteration of Run for the Fallen, that ran May 2-5, 2024 from Virginia Beach, Va to Arlington Memorial Cemetery.
George and I talk about a variety of ways to support those who serve our military through running.
