Kathy Donovan

In this episode we welcome Kathy Donovan who has been the leader and President of Pack Training. She continues to participate in and train with them. Kathy has been at the center of creating and sharing communal joy through running and helping all classes of runners train for races in the Hampton Roads area and beyond.

In this episode we talk about where Kathy got her love for running, what she did when she retired from the military and was looking for new running community, and how she went from running with a group of people to helping form one of the most communal training experiences in Hampton Roads.

Kathy is not just running, training, and coaching, but she also volunteers with all sorts of things around the community and she sees this giving back as an opportunity to help the community grow and make everyone feel welcome no matter their abilities.
