Adam Otstot

Adam Otstot is a husband, father, teacher, and a Masters National Cross Country podium-er (?).In this conversation, Adam and I talk about his roots in running and his return to the running-only scene (he spent some time doing triathalons) as a 37-year old. Upon turning 40 he entered a new level of competitive running known as Masters Level.
